Ryan Van Wilgen is a fourth-generation owner of Van Wilgen’s Garden Center a retail grower set off the beaten path on a 56-acre farm that you travel down a rural back road to find. Van Wilgen’s is a multifaceted organization including a 20-acre Christmas tree farm, 15 acres of growing production, an install department, five stores and a wedding venue. Our vision is summed up in ONE word “Growth”, which applies to our plants, business, partnerships and most importantly our team. Behind our great plants, are the great people of Van Wilgen’s and by empowering the team and giving autonomy, this allows time for Ryan to spend working ON the business rather than IN the business which is crucial for future success.

Van Wilgen's grows over 3000 perennial plants; trees & shrubs; a huge assortment of annuals, vegetable plants and herbs; plus 6000 mums and grasses. We have over 2 acres of greenhouse space and 14 acres of Christmas tree fields. Since most of our product line is raised and matured on our farm and in our greenhouses - we are confident they will flourish in your yard. Our grown product line includes: • 100,000 premium annuals • 60,000 perennials • 40,000 herbs & vegetables • 32,000 geraniums • 3000 shrubs • 1500 ornamental and flowering trees • 1000 grasses • 14 acres of Christmas trees.
