Sunday, July 11  1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Description:  In 2015 Emily & Brian Kellett launched STUMP, a collection of interior plant retail shops in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. Since they opened their first location five years ago, they have applied their background in the arts and design to create shops that are a fresh take on a retail garden store. Through building a system of training employees, who in turn educate each customer, they find much of their success comes from passing on accurate plant care information to their customers.

STUMP, LLC .... CURATED PLANTS + SUSTAINABLY CRAFTED WARES
We are dedicated to bringing plants into people's lives through providing plant care education & thoughtfully designed products. At STUMP, we take pride in our work to select the highest quality tropical & desert plants (cacti, ficus, dracaenas, succulents, air plants, & many other houseplant varieties) and sustainably crafted wares, from the classic terra-cotta to our custom, artist-made planters. From the beginning, STUMP aims to support independent artists and local manufacturers. Over 99% of our wares are made by ceramic artists in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, New York, Massachusetts, California, North Carolina, or in Roseville, Ohio by a manufacturer we visit regularly and interact with daily. We strive to only sell planters that will be worth keeping for many years to come, even as the plants they hold grow and are transplanted into larger planters. Our primary goal is to educate our customers to ensure that they have a successful experience owning and caring for their plants. We look forward to getting to know you & sharing our knowledge about which plants will work best for your home and work environments.
