Jose studied ornamental horticulture at Orange Coast College and majored in Business Management at the University of Phoenix. He has worked in the industry for over 25 years in different capacities including growing, production planning, and operations. For the last 15 years he excelled in sales for North America’s leading distributor Ball Seed, working with cut flower growers of all sizes. Now, as Regional Business Manager for the Pacific region, he helps lead cut flower initiatives for Ball Seed.
