Session Title: Understanding Client Barriers to Specifying Biophilic Design & The Story branding Process in Action

Description: ON DEMAND

Biophilic design continues to trend upwards and be incorporated into new construction opportunities. How can the interiorscape professional best interact with architects, influencers and decision makers of these projects to assure that natural elements get specified and don't get value engineered out? What barriers might each of them face in incorporating biophilic design in the age of COVID? Looking at specific sectors, we will identify the frequently encountered problems we are trying to help the client overcome. Examples of some sectors are: health care, retail, education, workplace, and multi-tenant commercial. Discover how you can be an influencer to strengthen those relationships to get more greenery specified into your local projects.
