Roger offers a unique perspective as both a buyer and seller of landscape tree liners gained during his 47-year nursery career. He managed growing operations in Colorado and Illinois prior to managing Wandell’s Nursery in Urbana, Illinois for 26 years. He established Roger Purcell Hort Sales in 2011. From his home base in St. Joseph, Illinois, he represents several fine nurseries including J. Frank Schmidt & Son Co. in Illinois and Wisconsin.
