Climate Management in Floral Cultivation with Screens and Vertical Airflow
Monday, July 17 • 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Cultivating healthy, high-quality floral crops is a complex process and one that is strongly influenced by the greenhouse climate. The greenhouse climate consists of three key climatic variables: temperature, humidity, and light. By balancing these three variables, growers can create an optimal climate that supports plant growth and maximizes the efficiency of their greenhouse operations. Determining the right balance of the key climatic variables to achieve a homogenous climate is a challenge, and to remain successful, growers must explore new technology and strategies to stay competitive. In this presentation, we will explore the various strategies that growers can leverage to optimize their climate through the advanced control of the three main climatic variables.
