Karin began her life-long pursuit of training, coaching, and influencing others for good in 1983 in a classroom of fourth graders. The audience and landscape changed in the last 40 years, however the mission has not. Teach and lead with love. Identify strengths in others and focus on that.
California native, graduate of California Polytechnic University and co-founder of Plant Interscapes, which is now Natura. In 2012 Karin launched her consulting business Viktory Lap where she helped her clients find, grow, and keep the right people. Her focus remains on the people that make our work happen. Her expertise lies in the work that creates high performance teams that last and helps entrepreneurs to scale their business and find balance in life. She now serves the Horticulture community in her leadership role though the National Interiorscape Network.
