Erick is a 30 year career sales professional — sales rep, sales manager & key account manager (Philip Morris), National Accounts Manager (Grainger), Regional Sales Manager (Hercules Sealing Products), and Southeast Regional Business Manager (Ball Seed).
Erick grew up on a cotton and soybean farm in Northern Louisiana where his grandfather and grandmother raised 18 children (yes 18). Erick is a strong proponent of helping others grow. Personal and professional growth enables greater performance which yields better service & value for customers leading to greater sales. He holds a B. S. in Marketing from Grambling State University and an MBA from Louisiana Tech University.
