Session Title: The New Perennial Movement: Why it Matters to Our Industry

Saturday, July 10  4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Description:  While much of the nursery industry is focused on the latest and greatest, compact, spring blooming whatever - there’s a counter movement afoot. The New Perennial movement embraces a more natural look, a different pallet of plants (and scads of them on tight centers) all while creating beneficial habitat and food for pollinators. This session will cover The New Perennial movement and why it matters to our industry.

We Pick Our Fruit At Its Peak - Ready For You At Our Farm Market!

At Saunders Brothers, we believe that sunshine is what differentiates a peach from a good peach. That's why all of our fruit is tree ripened and picked at its peak for maximum sweetness. With our Farm Market located just five miles from our orchard, you can be sure that what you're getting is quality, fresh, and local.

Our peach season begins around the mid-June and lasts through the middle/end of September. Apple varieties start with Gala in mid-August and last until our Farm Market closes in the middle of November. We have recently begun growing sweet Asian pears, which are in season from August through October. We are proud to bring you the very best the orchard has to offer!
