Developed in 2012 to meet the needs of construction projects in Brazil, the first EnSaca machine was designed to bag sand and gravel on site.
Brothers Valter and Volni Biason simplified the material loading process by eliminating the conveyor belt, thus creating a bagging machine that was quick, easy to use, and extremely cost effective. This model proved so popular with contractors in Brazil that EnSaca soon developed additional bagging machines capable of handling a variety of materials from organic compost to plaster.

Our Seeds and Seedlings machine is perfect for dispensing into smaller sized bags or flower pots. It also comes in a stainless steel version.
EnSaca Dispensing and Bagging Machine for Seeds, Sand, Sandbags, Soil, Fertilizer, Compost and Pea Gravel
Ideal for nurseries, landscape supply companies and emergency services for sandbagging. Dispenses in all types of packaging and pots. The machine uses a high precision mechanical counterweight used for the machine’s scale
It works with dry and moist material. It runs on 120 Volt electrical current.
The machine works with a system of two vibrating motors to utilize all the material in the machine’s hopper.
Production of up to 6 thousand bags of seedlings or flower pots per day. You can bag 180 twenty pound sandbags per hour. Funnels and Trays are adaptable to the size of the item to be filled, assuring a smooth material flow.
The hopper capacity is 5 cubic feet and can be increased to 14 cubic feet with the included hopper extension.
The machine dispenses material from 6 ounces up to 24 pounds
It requires only one operator which decreases labor costs and a quick return on your Investment.
