Nick founded TMD Creative after recognizing that small- to mid-sized organizations, businesses, and nonprofits would benefit from the expertise of an agency that understands their needs. Before establishing TMD, Nick developed his marketing prowess within the agriculture industry, working in senior marketing management positions for a handful of Fortune 500 companies. As a passionate believer in the marriage of creativity and strategy, Nick continues to lead the TMD team in the successful execution of marketing initiatives for a diverse set of clients. When he is not at TMD’s headquarters in Salinas, you can find him teaching classes on agriculture and business at Hartnell College.
Nick holds a master’s degree in pastoral studies from Loyola University, and a bachelor’s degree in organization management and marketing from CSU Fresno. Dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge, he continued his own agricultural education and professional development by graduating from the highly acclaimed California Agricultural Leadership Program and Leadership Salinas Valley. His work has earned him numerous awards and recognition in the industry on both a national and international level. He is a four-time recipient of Produce Business’s Marketing Excellence Award, and, most recently, was honored with the Ag Tech Innovator Award presented by Hartnell College’s Business and Technology Institute.
In his “spare time”, Nick serves on several nonprofit boards, and performs in local theatre productions.
