Over 20 years of large-scale woody ornamental production experience. Shane graduated with a degree in Horticulture from Iowa State University and eventually found his way to the West Coast, leading Bailey’s production in Oregon. Recently, he moved back to Minnesota and is leading operations at Bailey. Shane is well-versed in production systems, process improvement, and strategic planning while keeping an eye on quality and profitability.
